Nylon Polymer Pore Analysis Using Tabletop SEM and Quantitative Image Analysis
High-resolution tabletop SEM imaging reveals the porous microstructure of nylon polymers. Using low-vacuum BSD imaging and quantitative pore analysis, fibre networks and pore size distributions are measured to understand permeability, filtration performance, and material behavior in industrial applications.
