Administrative Assistant

Semplor is growing, and that’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant who can help us further build and professionalize our administration. Our administrative processes are still partly in their early stages, so your support will be of great value. We expect to need help for half days. Experience with administrative tasks is a nice plus.

About Semplor

Semplor is an innovative start-up that has now been around for four years. We develop and build electron microscopes. At our office on the Spegelt in Nuenen, we work with a driven, partly international team on the development of both hardware and software, as well as on the final assembly of our products. Our systems are used worldwide.

Your role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will help build and streamline our administrative processes, many of which are still in development. You will work closely with the management team and colleagues across the company to ensure that our documentation, planning, and operational workflows are well-organized and accurate. Your work directly supports our international growth and the daily functioning of our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop our administrative processes
  • Support with financial, HR, and operational documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and data
  • Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and supplier coordination
  • Help implement structure in workflows and internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support across the organization

Your profile

  • You enjoy organizing, structuring, and improving processes
  • Experience with administrative work is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Hands-on, accurate, and proactive in identifying needs
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy supporting different teams
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Available for half days (part-time)
