To support our rapid international growth, we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager who combines commercial drive with a technical mindset and enjoys turning opportunities into measurable impact.
Your role
As Channel Sales Manager, you will take ownership of our international distributor network, build strong relationships, and help partners succeed commercially. You’ll also lead direct sales in regions where we are not yet represented and play a key role in shaping our international growth strategy. You will work closely with our marketing and application teams to identify opportunities and turn them into results.
Your responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors worldwide
• Support and train partners in product knowledge and sales strategy
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Contribute to market strategy, forecasting, and sales planning
• Represent Semplor at exhibitions and conferences
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Your profile
• You thrive on taking initiative and turning plans into action
• Experience in technical or B2B sales (experience with SEM or scientific instruments is a strong plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and in an international environment
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
• You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial spirit
