To strengthen our growing commercial team, we’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist who excels in organizing, coordinating, and helping things run smoothly.
Your role
As Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales activities and international growth. You’re the connective link between our sales, marketing, and distributor teams — ensuring everything runs smoothly from lead to delivery. You’ll work closely with our Channel Manager and distributors to ensure accurate forecasting, lead follow-up, and smooth communication. You’ll also assist in preparing product launches and managing customer interactions through our CRM system (HubSpot). Your attention to detail ensures that customers and partners experience the same precision and reliability that define our technology.
Your responsibilities
• Maintain and update sales data and forecasts in HubSpot (CRM)
• Support distributors and direct sales with quotations and documentation
• Follow up on leads and organize online (remote) demonstrations
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and partners
• Provide administrative support
• Assist in coordinating new product releases and marketing activities
• Act as a point of contact between internal teams and partners to keep information flowing efficiently
Your profile
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive and accurate working style
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus
• Comfortable working in an international, technology-driven environment
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Team player with a positive and flexible mindset
• You enjoy helping others succeed and take pride in keeping complex processes organized
