Job Description: We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic team in Nuenen (Eindhoven), Netherlands, to help drive our sales results.
Job Overview: The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in accelerating Semplor’s sales efforts. This position involves managing the inside sales process, nurturing leads, ensuring efficient follow-ups, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance revenue predictability. You will utilize our CRM system, social analytics, and marketing automation tools to identify and engage the right prospects, contribute to sales funnel growth, and support our goal of scaling operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for commercial administration. Key tasks include processing orders, preparing and sending quotes, drafting contracts, maintaining the customer database, preparing invoices and researching leads.
- Leverage CRM and other digital tools to efficiently manage and contact and follow up on prospects
- Generate, maintain, and analyze data-driven reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and conversion metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Content creation of marketing materials for events, website and social media campaigns.
- Provide commercial support, training and collaterals to our indirect sales channels.
- Organization to participate at international events and exhibitions, distributor meetings, webinars, customer demonstrations and visits.
- Monitoring market developments and competition analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in an inside sales role, ideally with a technical product.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, and web conferencing platforms; familiarity with social analytics tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, forecast sales outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
- Team-Oriented: Collaborative attitude with experience working cross-functionally within sales and marketing departments.

- Proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and develop commercial skills.
- Experience in interacting with technical customers and customer groups.
- Comfortable with working in a scale-up, commercial or industrial environment.
