We are pleased to announce that Serge Gavras has joined the Semplor team as an Application Specialist as of April 1st, 2024. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Serge as he embarks on this exciting journey with us.

Serge brings with him over a decade of experience in electron microscopy. He holds a PhD in Materials Engineering from Monash University in Australia. Serge was trained at the Monash Centre for Electron Microscopy, where he developed a solid understanding of EM technology.

Following his PhD research, Serge worked as a scientist at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon in Germany for 8 years where he specilised in electron microscopy both for research and training. Serge recently moved to the Netherlands and joined the Semplor team.
